As pictured vintage victorian baby shoe pin keep. I love to repurpose. I started with a hard sole old baby shoe I then added bb shot to give it some weight. I stuffed it nicley with poly fil. The pin cushion itself is vintage ticking stuffed with poly fil and then hot glued in its place. I hate glue but I had no choice. Trimmed with a few pins. Measures almost 6 inches long by 2 inches wide by almost 5 inches tall. One of a kind.
